To support precision cancer therapeutics, this platform streamlines cloning and maxi prep workflows by linking SOPs to execution, enabling real-time tracking, collaborative comments, and audit-ready reporting.
AkshatMedTech Digital Health delivered a iPad application platform with step-wise experiment builders, role-based access, automated PDF reporting, and version-controlled SOP publishing. The solution ensures compliance, eliminates workflow silos, and improves collaboration across distributed teams. By digitizing the entire experiment lifecycle, the lab accelerated drug development, boosted data integrity, and improved operational visibility.

Researchers at Achelois were managing complex scientific protocols manually, using fragmented tools and unstructured documentation. Key challenges included:

We designed and developed a an iPad application SOP & Experiment Management Application that empowers scientists and QA analysts to plan, execute, track, and document lab experiments with complete visibility and version control.
The platform enables users to:
- Create, publish, and reuse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Execute structured experiments based on defined SOPs
- Log real-time inputs, comments, and deviations at every step
- Monitor experiment status across lifecycle stages: Draft, In Progress, Completed, Archived

Each experiment follows a structured 5-step execution pipeline:
- Define Experiment Parameters: Auto-loaded from the selected SOP
- Identify Materials: Includes supplies, buffers, and lab equipment defined in SOP
- Procedure Overview: Step-by-step scientific procedures, including:
- Seeding target cells
- Pseudovirus dilutions
- Infection neutralization assays
- Data Capture: Raw data input, annotations, analytical summaries, and conclusions
